Booking.com reservation process was horrible. They failed, but hotel staff made everything right. Gave us an upgrade because booking.com didn't have a clue what they were doing, and no reservation was actually made. My family spent 45 minutes in the car during the checkin, while I tried to sort things out. Eventually, all was good.

Chose for location as close to my family and stores. Got a good deal but sometimes over priced. Gym, laundry and pool. Breakfast was good most days.

The desk clerk went over and above for us, we had to leave early in the morning and she made sure we had a bagged breakfast. It included bagel, fruits. She was awesome. I cannot remember her name, but I think it might be Barbara.

I liked that I could control the AC myself and even switch it off completely. The bed was very comfy! The staff (reception, housekeeping, breakfast) was exceptionally friendly :D

I liked that it had a outdoor pool and it was open until 11 at night. The fitness room was also great with options.
